His practice focuses on general commercial contract disputes, construction disputes, and post-merger or acquisition disputes involving breaches of representations and warranties or fraud. He has led trial teams in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Seth helps companies develop and build their litigation stories by working closely with corporate witnesses from the initial fact gathering stage all the way through trial. He is also adept at identifying and working with subject matter experts, as well as challenging those retained by the opposition, particularly when working on the defense side to challenge complex damages models.
Clients also engage Seth for his ability to develop creative resolutions to disputes that often involve multiple parties and ongoing business considerations.
