Mallory focuses on privacy and security compliance, technology transactions, and the intersection of data and electronic discovery issues.  Mallory helps clients navigate domestic and internal privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, TCPA, HIPAA, and GLBA. She assists clients in developing and executing compliance programs, privacy policies, data processing agreements, and related regulatory analysis. Mallory further focuses on technology transactions, including data license agreements, outsourcing and cloud computing deals, services agreements and procurement transactions. She also focuses on strategy and innovation for the firm’s e-discovery division, Encompass.

Mallory holds CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager), CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe), and FIP (Fellow of Information Privacy) certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She was named an AI Visionary of 2022, recognizing early adopters in legal, compliance, and risk who are playing a seminal role in advancing the use of AI.

Mallory was honored as 2020 Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30, is a trustee and contributor of Duke-EDRM projects such as Technology Assisted Review, Artificial Intelligence, Identifying PII & PHI, and FOMO: Documents versus Facts. She holds a certification from Georgetown Law’s E-Discovery Training Academy and is a mentor via American Inn of Courts and Magdalene House Legal Aid Clinic. She holds certifications in a variety of technology platforms such as Relativity & Brainspace. She also is a OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional.
