  • Assisted with the representation of a Fortune 500 medical device and pharmaceutical supplier involved in nationwide opioid litigation
  • Assisted with the representation of an employee in a breach of contract dispute concerning the enforceability of his previous employer’s covenant not to compete
  • Assisted with the representation of two hospital conglomerates against claims for alleged fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation, and securities fraud
  • Served as a key member of a national discovery team for a Fortune 500 automotive manufacturer  
  • Taken and defended over 150 depositions, including corporate representatives, sales representatives, and expert witnesses
