Jennifer C. Koo

Jennifer helps defend clients in a variety of matters, ranging from false advertising class actions to product liability, breach of contract, fraud-based consumer protection claims, and warranty litigation in retail, automotive, food services, and other industries. For example, Jennifer defends automobile manufacturers in breach of warranty, contract, product liability, class action, and fraud litigation. She... manages all aspects of various types of litigation, including providing clients with early case evaluations and recommendations, drafting and arguing demurrers (motions to dismiss), various discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and discovery requests and responses in both state and federal courts. Jennifer also has experience defending clients, including a national retailer, in premises liability cases, from preparing initial pleadings and demurrers to conducting all aspects of discovery.
