In addition to providing contractual and compliance advice and counsel, Jack litigates numerous matters, including licensing and permitting applications and regulatory disputes, before local and state agencies and governmental entities, and in state and federal court.

- Provides advice and counsel on various privacy requirements, including those in HIPAA, GLB, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and the provisions of numerous state, federal, and international laws.
- Represents public utilities and transportation companies before public utility Commissions on a variety of regulatory issues.
- Argues appeals before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court.
- Litigates a variety of matters before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court and state and local government entities, including local and state tax cases, procurement matters, environmental permitting cases, disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) applications and alcohol licensing applications.
