  • Represented healthcare providers and real estate developers in structuring and facilitating commercial development and leasing transactions.
  • Represented national quick service restaurant company in the ground leasing or acquisition of land for development of new restaurant locations throughout the United States.
  • Represented multinational banking institution, multinational energy corporation and large manufacturing company in the negotiation and preparation of lease agreements for office, retail and industrial properties throughout the United States; negotiated and drafted lease-related agreements, including SNDAs, estoppels, declarations, lease amendments, assignments and termination agreements.
  • Advised large, multi-campus hospital system on healthcare regulatory issues that arise in the context of commercial leasing transactions (including, Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance).
  • Advised national quick service restaurant company in connection with the management of its existing restaurant properties and strategic reinvestment program.
  • Represented national student housing developer in the preparation and negotiation of construction agreements, owner-architect agreements, letter agreements for consulting services and related construction and development documents.
