  • Served as lead counsel in two major trials leading to jury verdicts for clients in excess of $2.5 million each
  • Has handled employment law matters, including reviewing policies and handbooks, defending EEOC Investigations, training managers how to manage diversity, conducting investigations in the workplace, and defending employers in court
  • Experience in the governmental relations/public policy arena, representing clients in putting together teams and responding to RFQs and RFPs for major contracts; handling disputes and appeals involving governmental agencies and bodies, including zoning and election disputes, and representing elected officials
