Experience

  • Has litigated matters in state and federal courts involving a variety of products such as medical devices, prescription drugs, recreational vehicles, home appliances, and construction equipment.
  • Experience defending a medical device manufacturer in national medical device tort litigation, including a multidistrict litigation proceeding.
  • Experience defending a company in a commercial software dispute before the American Arbitration Association and serving as second chair during a week-long arbitration proceeding.
