  • Handles litigation matters for international and domestic air carriers including personal injury claims, commercial disputes, and Montreal/Warsaw Convention claims
  • Represents general aviation facilities, certified repair stations, and fixed base operators (FBOs) in commercial disputes and claims relating to maintenance of general aviation aircraft
  • Provided contributions to trial preparation of a multitude of asbestos cases pending in North Carolina and other states
  • Has deposed plaintiffs, co-workers, and other factual witnesses with an emphasis on representing manufacturers of pumps, valves, boilers, and industrial equipment
  • Represents manufacturers of products including automobiles, aircraft, industrial equipment, food, and child-restraints in matters pending in the southeastern United States and elsewhere in the United States
