  • Represented many software developers and hardware manufacturers and has assisted many technologically advanced companies in protecting and licensing their proprietary intellectual property rights including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and technical know-how, both domestically and internationally
  • Advises and counsels clients with respect to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA); assists with creating, monitoring, and auditing FCPA Compliance Programs; assists with DOJ Voluntary Disclosures of FCPA violations
  • Provides immigration services, including non-immigrant and permanent resident petitions
  • Taught transnational tax planning as an adjunct professor at the University of Georgia School of Law and Emory University School of Law
