Before joining Nelson Mullins, he was in-house counsel at PJM Interconnection, LLC, one of the United States’ largest Regional Transmission Organizations. There, he was responsible for advising PJM’s leadership and subject matter experts on a wide variety of issues related to PJM’s markets, operations, and planning functions. He helped develop PJM’s strategy for integrating distributed energy resources, including battery energy storage, into its wholesale markets and worked closely with PJM’s senior leadership on cutting-edge matters related to PJM’s market design.
