  • Practiced in Washington, D.C., centered on a range of issues affecting the oil and gas industry under the Clean Water Act, the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, the Clean Air Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Managed the audit of a large industrial facility in the United States, in which the company anticipated a series of audits by state and federal regulatory agencies and investigations by congressional committees
