  • Represents the regional sewer authority as its General Counsel handling procurement, government contracting, FOIA, corporate governance and litigation
  • Administrative law experience in  bid protests and contract disputes at the state and local level, zoning disputes,  permit  denials and appeals
  • Regulatory experience appearing before the SC Department  of  Labor Licensing and Regulation and the SC Public Service Commission
  • Represents water districts throughout  South Carolina on water and sewer development projects, enabling legislation, bylaws and internal procedures,  territorial and service disputes and in litigation matters
  • Has presented and written on electronic discovery, trade secrets, public procurement, water rights, and FOIA
  • Annual lecturer for the Special Purpose District and the Rural Water Associations
  • Has represented clients in matters in South Carolina, California, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia and Texas
