  • Has represented a government employee group in a $4 million lawsuit against a health care company for breach of contract
  • Has represented and defended employers against claims of employment discrimination on the basis of age, sex, race, national origin, disability and religion, including sexual harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act issues, breach of employment contracts, retaliation and other employment-related suits
  • Counsels employers on compliance matters and has drafted employer policies and handbooks
