  • Representing client during U.S. Department of Justice investigation relating to student-on-student sexual assault.
  • Currently advising and training clients on compliance matters relating to new Title IX regulations.
  • Representing various schools in class litigation arising out of COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Successfully resolved Title IX claims arising out of school’s discipline of multiple students for student-on-student sexual assault.
  • Successfully argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in defense of summary judgment ruling disposing of student-on-student sexual assault claim under Title IX.
  • Successfully persuaded Georgia Court of Appeals to reverse trial court’s certification of class claims against government entity.
