Prior to beginning his career in the law, Mr. Lambert spent almost a decade working in the construction and development industry, providing him with knowledge he now uses in service to his clients. This experience included work as a project manager and director of operations for a company with $20 million in revenues and the creation of a business designed to help subcontractors navigate and comply with Florida’s construction lien laws.

He is also well-versed in appellate law, with experience in appeals arising from a variety of contexts, including commercial leases, business sales and earn-out agreements, contract interpretation, trade secrets, and arbitration rights.

  • Quickly obtained a favorable ruling for a subcontractor under Florida’s undisputed payment statute, resulting in the client receiving payment in full under its contract, plus additional expenses
  • Obtained reversal of three adverse judgments against a financial-industry client, saving the client six-figures in adverse judgments and establishing case law to further client’s objectives in other litigation
  • Successfully resolved a construction-lien dispute for general contractor client, resulting in the elimination of over $100,000.00 in potential liability
  • Obtained an affirmance of summary judgment in favor of an automotive-industry client, resolving liability in favor of client and clarifying Florida law on permissive interest rates in automobile sales
