  • Represented automobile manufacturers and distributors involving product recalls, consumer class actions, add points, relocations, terminations, and other issues involving the manufacturer-dealer relationship
  • Represented heavy and industrial equipment manufacturers and distributors, chemical manufacturers, logistics providers, educational service providers, and similar businesses utilizing franchises, distribution networks, or other business systems
  • Represented banks in disputes involving commercial lending, bank fraud, correspondent lending relationships, and consumer protection statutes (such as Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and unfair trade practices acts)
  • Represented owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes involving condominium conversions, construction of manufacturing facilities, and construction of oil and natural gas pipelines, nuclear facilities, and other energy facilities
  • Represented businesses and individuals in commercial disputes involving noncompete/nonsolicitation agreements, patent licenses, patent warranties, trade secrets, piercing the corporate veil, commercial real estate development, dissolution of partnerships and corporations, and insurance contract
  • Defended class action claims in multiple contexts, including construction claims, product defect claims, and consumer protection statutory claims, such as claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and unfair trade practice acts
  • Represented statewide charter school authorizer related to all aspects of its relationship with charter schools and Education Management Organizations (EMOs), including approval, compliance monitoring, revocation, and closure
