  • Has represented businesses in disputes related to commercial contracts, trade secrets, and employment non-competition agreements
  • Has represented general contractors and subcontractors in conjunction with both public, bonded projects and private non-bonded work
  • Has represented architects and engineers in design defect and professional liability matters
  • Has represented banks and non-bank financial institutions in consumer lending disputes including FDCPA, TILA, and RESPA matters and lien avoidance actions in bankruptcy
  • Has experience representing lenders and special servicers in commercial secured lending disputes
  • Has experience managing complex litigation including class action defense and managing litigation in multiple states including South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Texas
  • Experience includes traditional litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation
