  • Managed cases from service of complaint to settlement or dismissal, supervised local counsel in a number of jurisdictions, and coordinated with regional/national counsel
  • Deposed plaintiffs, product identification witnesses, and other witnesses

  • Participated in court-ordered settlement conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
