    • Planned and implemented early childhood programming across the school district for thousands of children, managed multimillion–dollar federal grants, implemented professional development, curriculum and assessment systems, oversaw the development of new programs and proposals, and testified in front of the Senate HELP Committee on the need for high quality early childhood programs for all children
  • Director of Child Care and Early Education Policy, Center for Law and Social Policy
    • Planned and implemented child care and early education policy work, worked with funders, oversaw data collection and analysis of early care and education programs at the state and federal level, wrote policy briefs, tracked legislative developments and policy changes, and provided information for federal and state policymakers
