  • Represented fin tech company in $16,000,000 Series A round
  • Represented numerous technology companies in early stage SAFE and convertible note rounds
  • Represented healthcare IT company in sale to a strategic acquirer
  • Represented corporate strategic acquirer in the acquisition of wireless LAN and cloud computing companies
  • Represented chemical company in $220 million divestiture of a specialty chemical division
