  • Experience with clients in the purchase, sale, lease (office, retail, warehouse, multi-family, and flex space), development, and financing of commercial real estate
  • Preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts
  • Act as North Carolina counsel to out-of-state financial institutions for assistance with North Carolina legal issues and provision of legal opinions under North Carolina law
  • Experience with title matters, preparing and negotiation of easements, restrictive covenants, and condominium documentation
