  • Represents businesses in commercial and insurance disputes, including litigating contract disputes and pursuing claims for breach of non-solicitation agreements and misappropriation of proprietary information
  • Has defended employers against state and federal employment discrimination and ADA claims, including practice in a federal jury trial
  • Has represented lenders and other financial institutions in consumer lending and collection disputes including FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, TCPA, and TILA claims, including an argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
  • Extensive arbitration experience involving both commercial and consumer claims

Previous Professional Experience

  • Worked in government investigations and commercial litigation practice groups in large Boston law firm, where she developed particular experience in defending claims of independent contractor misclassification in both federal class actions and complex multidistrict litigation and litigating disputes regarding partnership dissolution
