  • Represented clients in the closing of residential and commercial sales contracts through the review and preparation of FAR/BAR and NABOR contracts, securing lien and mortgage releases and clearing city and county code violations
  • Counseled homeowners who were in residential mortgage foreclosure by working with lien holders to negotiate short sales and prepare loan modification packages
  • Assisted small business owners in the creation and organization of their corporate entity by filing Articles of Incorporation/Organization with the Florida Department of State as well as preparing initial corporate governance documents
  • Represented real estate developers in the acquisition and development of real property by coordinating with sellers, lenders, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and consents

Previous Professional Experience

  • Associate roles at small firms in which she was responsible for managing an extensive caseload of residential and commercial contracts. Has experience effectively serving as counsel to commercial and private lenders, for which she has  reviewed and cleared title issues, drafted loan documentation, and enforced loan obligations (2015-2018)
  • Team member in the Rotary International Group Study Exchange in New South Wales, Australia. The program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for young professionals to observe how their vocations are practiced abroad. As a real estate attorney, her vocational experiences were rooted in commercial and residential conveyancing. As part of the abroad experience, she had the opportunity to meet with and learn from experienced solicitors, licensed conveyancers, and business developers (2018)
