Ms. Harris has experience in the healthcare law field and has experience assisting hospitals and healthcare systems, post-acute care providers, physicians, and other types of healthcare providers.     • Internal investigations from the initial analysis through interviews, retention of experts, preparation of corrective action plans, drafting of submissions, and meetings and communications with federal and state entities

    • Repayments and related reporting to federal and state agencies
    • Exclusion Screening Processes and Analysis of potential exclusion matters
    • Coordination of ongoing coding reviews

    • Defense of Medicare and Medicaid fraud investigations
    • Defending False Claims Act allegations, investigations, and qui tam lawsuits
