North Carolina attorneys Phil Strach, Alyssa Riggins, and Nate Pencook, served as contributors to the USA – North Carolina regional section of Chambers and Partners’ 2024 Global Practice Guide.

The U.S. Regional Employment Guide covers over 50 jurisdictions across the globe and provides the latest legal information on changes and terms of employment, non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, data privacy law, foreign workers, the role of unions and employee representative bodies, termination of employment, employment disputes and dispute resolution.

Strach, Riggins, and Pencook are all based out of Nelson Mullins’ Raleigh, N.C., office. Christian Hermann, partner at the Greenville, S.C., office who focuses on business immigration law, was also an author of the guide. Hermann’s specialty in federal immigration law allows him nationwide practice using his South Carolina and California bar admissions.
