Nelson Mullins partner Shane G. Ramsey, in an article written for Law 360, offered his thoughts on two recent bankruptcy court decisions and how they've impacted the bankruptcy code and other aspects of bankruptcy law. 

"Two 2023 decisions, however, have officially evened the split among the courts. First, on Feb. 3, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon issued an opinion on this issue in PacifiCorp v. North Pacific Canners & Packers Inc., making it the highest court to date to consider the issue," Ramsey wrote.
