Woojin Shin Joins Nelson Mullins in Washington, DC

WASHINGTON, DC – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has announced that Woojin Shin has joined the Firm as of counsel in the Washington, DC office, where he will serve Korean companies primarily in the infrastructure, automotive, defense, and consumer goods industries. He joins the Firm from Holland & Knight. 

Mr. Shin counsels Korean multinational companies on their corporate, financial, and regulatory issues. In addition, Mr. Shin advises Korean corporate and governmental clients on U.S. federal and state government relations issues relating to U.S. trade policy and industry regulations.  

He earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. He also served in the Korean Army and was stationed at the Capital Defense Command for more than two years.
