Orlando of counsel A. Wayne Rich has been selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Membership is limited to 1% of lawyers in the U.S. and its territories. The Fellows is an honorary society of lawyers, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society. The ABF serves the legal profession, the public, and the academy through research, publications, and programs that advance justice and the understanding of law and legal processes.
Rich provides an array of real estate, land use, and zoning services to his public and private sector clients, including property development, governmental coordination, negotiations, mediations, document preparation and closing acquisitions, title and survey matters, and appraisal analysis. He also serves as a consultant and advisor to a number of major landowners in the development community and has been involved with the acquisition and disposition of numerous apartment projects, large tracts, and land developments in Central Florida.
