TALLAHASSEE (March 3, 2015) – Dean Bunch, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Tallahassee office, has been appointed by Robert McDonald, U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs, to a two-year term as a member of the Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee on the Readjustment of Veterans.
The committee, authorized by 38 USC Section 545, offers advice to the Secretary on providing services to veterans to assist them in adjusting to civilian life, with particular emphasis on post-traumatic stress, alcoholism and other substance abuse, post-war employment, and family adjustment.
Mr. Bunch represents car, truck, and motorcycle manufacturers and importers in civil and administrative litigation against motor vehicle dealers. He also serves as chair of the Florida Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee, which issues opinions to Florida state court judges on ethical questions.
