Nelson Mullins Wins Multiple Litigation Awards in 2021

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Benchmark Litigation, a legal directory that covers litigation and disputes in North America, has awarded Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP with three top litigation prizes for the second consecutive year during its 2021 U.S. Awards.

The firm has been named a winner for:

  • Law Firm of the Year for Product Liability
  • Law Firm of the Year in Maryland, and
  • Law Firm of the Year in South Carolina.

In addition, Benchmark Litigation named Baltimore Partner Michael A. Brown a finalist for Attorney of the Year in Product Liability.

Benchmark Litigation Editor Michael Rafalovich said Nelson Mullins' Product Liability practice is "routinely recognized as one of the leaders," and noted the national stature of Brown and David Dukes.

Winners were announced at a virtual event on March 31, 2021. These awards recognize the country’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for their work over the past twelve months. For each of the nation’s 50 states, Benchmark Litigation selects a firm of the year.
