Nelson Mullins partner Leandro Molina and associate Mario Bolaños provided legal counsel for SoftBank Latin America Fund, a venture fund affiliated with Japan’s SoftBank Group Corp. dedicated to investing exclusively in the technology sector in the fast-growing Latin American market, as it led Birdie's $7 million Series Seed financing round.

Nilo Saude is a Brazil-based SaaS platform aimed at delivering patient relationship management, telemedicine services, and data analytics services supporting clinical decision-making and patient health management. The Company plans to use the new funding to further develop its product and expand its team.
