Led by Andy Tucker and Rebekah McCorvey, a team of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP attorneys represented Aura FAT Projects Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: AFAR), in its ongoing acquisition of Allrites Holdings Pte. Ltd., a global B2B content marketplace and the owner of the proprietary content as a service platform for film and television content rights. Signed on May 7, the deal will give Allrites a value of approximately $92 million. Other key team members include Jon Anderson, Victoria Moreno Pabón, Justin Blair, Alyssa Nelson, and Ana García Bodán, as well as Matt Zischke (employee benefits), Nichole Hayden, and Katherine Coker (intellectual property).
As a result of the transaction, Allrites will be able to continue expanding its business and making a global impact by investing in new technological developments, such as artificial intelligence and content curation.
