Washington, D.C. – A team of lawyers from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Delaware-based special purpose acquisition company OceanTech Acquisitions I Corp. in its merger with Regentis Biomaterials Ltd.
The team, which counseled OceanTech in a deal worth $95 million, was led by partner Andy Tucker. Also on the team was partners Wells Hall and Tim Wagner, and associates Jon Anderson and Tiffany Weatherholtz.
