NEW YORK – Franklin Chou, an attorney in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s New York office, has joined the Board of Directors of Child & Family Resources (CFR), a nonprofit organization that works throughout Morris County, New York to improve the quality of and access to child care for all families.
Chou focuses his practice on data privacy, information security, software and data licensing, FinTech, and emerging technologies. He is a former software engineer. Before joining Nelson Mullins, he was a technical lead and corporate counsel at New York-based FinTech company PeerIQ.
Founded in 1972, CFR has worked to help parents find child care and help parents become educated consumers of child care (i.e., know important questions to ask to promote the safety and healthy development of children).
