In 2022, Pro Bono Partnership, a nonprofit focused on providing free business and transactional legal assistance to other nonprofits, celebrated its 25th anniversary of providing legal help to nonprofits in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. In 2022, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP assisted 12 nonprofits with 14 matters via Pro Bono Partnership, tending to the legal needs of communities in each state.

Pro Bono Partnership assists nonprofits with legal matters, answering questions through the Legal Resource Helpline, hosting webinars and workshops on issues for nonprofits, and recruiting volunteer lawyers. The organization was able to achieve over 43,000 hours of legal help in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York in 2022.
