CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Sept. 25, 2017) – Natalie C. Carter has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as of counsel in the Charlotte office where she will focus her practice on electronic discovery, including managing all phases of the discovery process such as document retention and collection, document review and production, and privilege analysis. She will be associated with Nelson Mullins’ Encompass eDiscovery group.
Ms. Carter has previous experience as an attorney at an international law firm where she managed eDiscovery for large-scale corporate, healthcare, and financial services litigation. She also has experience as an assistant district attorney at the Wake County District Attorney’s Office and is a member of the North Carolina Bar and Mecklenburg County Bar associations.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
