NASHVILLE – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP announced today that two attorneys have joined the technology, outsourcing, procurement, and privacy team in Nashville. Leslie Green joins as of counsel, and Wesley McCulloch joins as an associate.
Both Green and McCulloch practice in the area of technology transactions, focusing on procurement, licensing arrangements, and outsourcing solutions for clients ranging from technology start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. They assist clients in drafting, negotiating, and managing information technology and telecommunication outsourcing agreements, business process outsourcing arrangements, cloud computing, licensing arrangements, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and teaming arrangements.
Green earned a JD, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a BS, cum laude, with a human and organizational development major and psychology minor from Vanderbilt University.
McCulloch is certified in Health Care Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association. He earned a JD, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a BBA in risk management, insurance, and financial planning from Mississippi State University.
