What makes Nelson Mullins a great place to practice law? Partners and associates weigh in with their thoughts in a new series being launched by the firm called “I Work at Nelson Mullins: My Story.”
Nekia Hackworth Jones is featured as the first in the series, which will offer insights from attorneys from offices throughout the firm’s 18-office footprint. Hackworth Jones joined the firm as an associate after law school, left in 2008 for a stint in the U.S. Department of Justice, and returned in 2018.
“I really envision that I’ll be an asset to the clients we serve on a daily basis and also an asset to my partners and colleagues here at the firm,” she says. “It is really a delight to return to the place I call home.”
