TALLAHASSEE – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has named Ginger Barry Boyd as its Tallahassee office managing partner. She will oversee the office of 15 attorneys and 10 support staff.
Boyd has more than 20 years of trial experience advocating for clients’ success in litigation and on appeal. A former state felony prosecutor, she works now on a range of cases including multi-claim and class action litigation, unfair and deceptive trade practices litigation, real estate related claims, insurance coverage litigation, employment, and general business litigation. She has been recognized as one of the “25 Women You Need to Know,” by the Tallahassee Democrat.
