MIAMI — Erin Kolmansberger, partner at the Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP Miami office, has been recognized as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Champion by ALM’s Corporate Counsel 2023 Women, Influence, and Power in Law Awards.
Kolmansberger strategically implements diverse, equitable, and inclusive values into her everyday practice. She previously served as chair of Women On the Go (WOGO), Nelson Mullins’ affinity group that helps women attorneys advance in their career and goals. Since her involvement with WOGO, she has successfully grown the program from small group meetings to an established firmwide program which provides resources to aid in the retention, development, and promotion of the firm’s women. She also co-founded Firm’s Women In FinTech (WinFin) group to help promote women in the FinTech industry.
