Donald R. Pocock Chosen as a Leader in the Law

North Carolina Lawyers Weekly

Winston-Salem, N.C. (September 16, 2019) – Donald R. Pocock, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Winston-Salem office, was chosen as one of the 2019 North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Leaders in the Law.

The award honors North Carolina attorneys for their individual achievements and their contributions to the state’s legal community. Honorees will be recognized at a dinner in Greensboro, N.C. on Oct. 25.

Pocock is a litigator, whose areas of practice include business litigation, construction law, creditor’s rights and insolvency litigation, and consumer financial services litigation.

Earlier this month, he was selected as co-chair of the American Bar Association's Consumer Litigation Committee for the 2019-2020 term. Pocock also served as co-chair of the ABA Consumer Finance Subcommittee over the past year and serves on the North Carolina Bar Litigation Section's Leadership Council.
