Donald Pocock Appointed Chair of ABA Consumer Litigation Committee

Winston-Salem partner Donald Pocock was selected as co-chair of the American Bar Association's Consumer Litigation Committee for the 2019-2020 term. Pocock also served as co-chair of the ABA Consumer Finance Subcommittee over the past year and serves on the North Carolina Bar Litigation Section's Leadership Council.

The Consumer Litigation Committee falls under the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation. The committee focuses on the rights of consumers and issues relevant to businesses whose operations relate to the statutory and common law rights of consumers.

Pocock works with clients in the banking and financial services, construction, and insurance industries, focusing his practice on the areas of business litigation, construction law, creditor's rights and insolvency litigation, and consumer financial services litigation.
