ATLANTA – Immigration attorney Youngwook (“Christian”) Park has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Immigration team in the Atlanta office as of counsel. He advises clients on immigration matters pertaining to the recruitment, hiring, transfer, and retention of international workers for a broad array of clients. He joins the Firm from the boutique immigration firm Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. He is admitted in New York and not yet admitted in Georgia. His practice is limited to federal immigration law.
Park advises clients on managing immigration compliance as well as optimizing a high-volume corporate immigration program. He speaks English and Korean. He earned his J.D. from The Fordham University School of Law (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art (2004).
