BOCA RATON – Boca Raton partner David Itskovich has been appointed to the advisory board of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southeast Florida/Caribbean. The board is composed of leading real estate and land use professionals who volunteer their time to build a strong presence for ULI throughout Southeast Florida and the Caribbean. ULI is a nonprofit education and research institute with almost 45,000 members across the globe that advocates for best practices and the latest trends in real estate. Board members serve two-year renewable terms of service.

Itskovich has represented both regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, and development of an array of different asset types that include office buildings, market-rate apartments, and affordable housing.  Itskovich has also represented landlords in some of the largest and most impactful office lease negotiations in the state.
