MIAMI — Associates Valentín I. Arenas and TerryAnn Howell have been selected to participate in the 41st Class of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami Program.
Leadership Miami seeks to prepare the next generation of Miami's leaders to address vital issues affecting Miami-Dade County and meet future challenges, according to the organization. The program offers participants the opportunity to meet Miami's leaders and to share an intensive learning experience that focuses on community issues and leadership skills through a planned process of lectures, seminars, small group discussions, and leadership skills exercises.
Participants also will choose a volunteer service project as a team and will design a program to benefit the community. Arenas and Howell both have been selected as team leaders.
Arenas and Howell are members of Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel’s litigation team. Both handle complex commercial litigation. Arenas earned his JD in 2017 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Howell earned her JD in 2014 from the Florida International University College of Law.
