S.C. Homeless Courts Help End Cycle of Homelessness

Attorneys William Hubbard and George Cauthen started the first homeless court in South Carolina in 2015 in Columbia. Now homeless courts are springing up across the state, giving homeless people help in cleaning their record of minor infractions and getting resource referrals to help toward housing and work.
