Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is announcing new leadership changes in its Baltimore office. Tim Hodge, who opened the Baltimore office for the firm in 2018 with 11 partners and has grown the office to nearly 50 attorneys, steps into a new leadership role as head of the firm’s Atlantic corporate and real estate practice. Replacing Hodge as Baltimore office managing partner is Kraig Long.

Hodge and Long talked with Law360 about their plans to expand the Baltimore office's footprint in the community. Long also wants to increase the firm's brand awareness and continue to lift up the lawyers in the office in order to expand the type of services offered. 

They also discussed Nelson Mullins' commitment to diversity and the importance of creating a diverse workplace.
