Raleigh senior associate Jeff Kelly was recently featured in an article published by his alma mater’s website, North Carolina State University. The article highlighted how Kelly parlayed his interdisciplinary studies as a philosophy major into his current work assisting clients navigate the legal landscape of emerging technology and litigation and his policy work as a Fellow of Duke University School of Law’s Center on Law & Technology.

Kelly is an active NC State alum and regularly collaborates with universities on projects at the intersection of law and technology. He also participated in alumni panels and Q&A sessions for incoming first-year students earlier this month.

Kelly continues to draw on his interdisciplinary education from NC State in his work in law today. His practice is focused in the areas of complex litigation, emerging technology, and outside corporate counsel services. He advocates for companies and individuals faced with significant business and regulatory challenges, most often involving financial services, FinTech, business intelligence and data, and trade secret protection.
