Nelson Mullins partner Gabe Imperato joined SCCE & HCCA Chief Engagement & Strategy Officer Adam Turteltaub on a recent podcast episode hosted by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) & Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). In the episode Imperato dives into the compliance lessons to be learned from the recently released Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control Program FY 2021 report.
Imperato is the managing partner of the Nelson Mullins' Fort Lauderdale office and chairs the Healthcare Compliance and Litigation team and is certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE/HCCA). His practice includes representing people and organizations accused of healthcare fraud and supporting and guiding healthcare organizations on corporate governance and compliance matters.
